Trains
This exposition brings together a collection of photographs taken during the 80's, and having to do with the world of trains.
From its beginnings in the mid nineteenth century, the railroad has been a means of communication, supply, and the joining of both territories and people. Despite the fact that its origin, as well as its future, was inextricably linked to speed and the conservation of resources, the railroad still maintains its romantic aura of leisurely travel while taking in breathtaking landscapes.
The images in these photos capture varying aspects of this special form of transportation. |
